Chicken parmesan with angel hair aglia e olio. This was delicious. The chicken was boneless thighs, lightly pounded. The breading was panko seasoned with homemade Italian seasoning. The aglia e olio had red pepper flakes in it.

When your buddy shows up at 4 and convinces you to go to the bar. But you still make it home in time to have dinner in the oven before she walks through the door. Spaghetti squash and bison meatballs.

Oh, we just picked up a spaghetti squash tonight. Great idea...looks so good! We'll try something like that!

Plain and simple, and Good. Scrambled Eggs and hot dogs, with a huge dose of Tabasco.

        I’m in for that! Winner.

My Veterans Day faux brisket. Sous vide large choice chuck roast for 36 hours at 140 F. Ice bath. Today seasoned with Hard Core Carnivore rub, smoked on the kettle about 90 minutes. Taste and texture very close to a good brisket. A little dry, but made a pan sauce from the sous vide liquid. Maybe need to inject with waygu beef tallow 😆😅😂🤣

Pan seared salmon tonight. Fish was one of my projects for this year. I still know very little about a lot of various fish and the cuts. With that being said, I have gotten significantly better at the fish we tend to buy.

Jalapenos, blackberries, and cranberries.....wow that taste in my mind is amazing.

I was busy Tuesday. First I made the Japanese milk bread that's my favorite. I made both a loaf and rolls, which I gave to my brother. And since I was baking, I decided to make a clone of Cheesecake Factory's brown bread for my wife. That turned out tasty too. And for supper, I made some Vortex chicken. It was a good day.

I scored the loaf to help with the rise, but I didn't expect it to go sideways...

Continuing on the breakfast for dinner theme.....

Breakfast Tacos for Dinner: toasted flour tortillas, topped with scrambled eggs (seasoned with Meat Church's Holy Cow BBQ Rub), chopped bacon, Tapatio, pico, and shredded Mexican cheese.

          Yum.

Have you tried the Holy Voodoo rub?

            Nice tacos as well!

I had the other half of the bison from last night so I made mushroom marinara, meatballs, and mozzarella.

I’m accusing you and Richard Chrz of being in the same kitchen tonight! They look very similar. I sure am glad I didn’t do salmon tonight. It would t stand up to these.

Friday eve burger night. There's bacon involved, cooked and crumbled into the ground beef.
              Pickled red onions.
