Decided last night was a breakfast for dinner kind of night. Eggs, ham, bacon, hash browns (frozen tatertot crowns). I only do one egg, hubby has a couple.

Breakfast for dinner is underrated. We all should do it more often, especially those of us who don't eat breakfast at all. That plate looks delicious.

See - you are so handsome your cook was commented on second! Great photo of both!!

I know, I know……fish again? Yes DW wanted Florida farmed salmon prior to her 3am flight to her cousins, comfort, easy to digest and tasty Florida salmon! So, to rebalance my account, I have ribs, a tri tip, and pulled pork cued up in her absence 😁

      Definitely makes me hungry!

Somebody put frozen brussel sprouts and gnocci in my freezer - wasn't me. I wanted to get them out of there, so I paired them with a pre-cooked sous vide chicken breast that was also in the freezer. It turned out to be a good way to tone down those brussels. https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/...d-brown-butter
