A new overlooked alternative cooker- the CPU

Dr Blonder shared this, it's an Instagram link. Not sure if you need an Instagram account to see it per se, but it's pretty cool to see. https://www.instagram.com/tv/CgU1W8D...d=MDJmNzVkMjY=

I struggle with whether this is an electric griddle, or a hot plate, or...??

Temp variations are too vast for me. When Bitcoin goes up I burn the food.

This may be a Bitcoin mining machine with all that heat

Is it actually reusable or did they destroy it with that cook? If reusable, then clever for sure but completely impractical. I suppose there’s a weird kind of fun in cooking your BBQ one bite at a time.

Or is the meat the CPU cooling apparatus??? Hmmm.

That's funny, CPUs do get hot though.

I lost it when they seasoned it.

(I was big into overclocking CPUs back in the mid 1990s....how did I never think to do this.....)

Yep built a liquid cooled one once. Sounded like a bong when you fired the coolant pup up.

They should have cooked fish since they already had chips.

I think you would have better luck with a ceramic package than a plastic one.

Pretty cool just add a couple of grains of sawdust for smoke.

No drip pan? And where do get the graphs showing the temps?
Did he dry brine or marinade? Like the tongs.

Only good for a quick byte, though.

Somebody needs to get back to work! And hope their boss doesn't see this.

This reminds me of a video I watched a while back on a video game console/chicken warmer from KFC.
