Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

This was probably one of my favorite Hot From The Pit newsletters. The “Love Letter” was really cool! It’s also nice to see some of our cooks featured each month, hell, even some of my crap has made it in. [occasionally they need some filler] I just wanted to thank Huskee for the great job y’all do with this every month. And a big thanks to all of our moderators as well, you guys rock!
