I'm inviting a bunch of friends up to sample 4 different versions of pulled pork, a couple different versions of smoked beans, and several sauces to see what they like best. I'd like them to sample each version and then rate it. Anybody have suggestions on what criteria to put on a "judging sheet?" Any judges out there that can share what was on the sheets when they judged?
