    BKYD BBQ Competition Dry Run

    This past weekend I did a practice run for a backyard competition coming up next month. I am cooking Pork Belly Burnt Ends. For the practice I wanted to work on my time line. I also did three different glazes for a blind taste test. Here are some pictures.

      The winning one was my homemade sauce...I also did one based on Blues Hog Original and Blues Hog smokey mixed with some Texas Pepper Jelly Rib Candy. The third was basically Malcolm Reeds Burnt End Glaze.
