I cook both but prefer baby backs. I'd just really rather eat baby backs. I'm having a hard time with ribs this year. I've cooked 6 contests. 2 with baby backs and 4 with spares and haven't done any good with either! I am hauling the drum to hang spares this coming weekend. See if I can't get some rib magic going!
