    Got Asked to Participate on a BBQ Competition Team

    Struck out this year in Judging. Sent in my request to judge for 5 comps this year, but did not make the cut. Judges slots fill up so fast. But got asked last night to participate on the Barbacoa Boyz team at the KCBS sanctioned Indio California BBQ State Championship. His team does a lot of catering and occasional competitions.
