    Hey @Ahumadora You Got Competition

With KCBS seemingly having issues and the comp scene maybe a bit on the wane, it would appear the folks in Uruguay have yet to hit their peak. Known for their love of all things bovine, they hold the Guinness World Record for the largest bbq cook off. You need to get with it down there Ahumadora, you got your work cut out for you !!

More than a thousand barbecue fanatics in Uruguay grilled up 12 metric tonnes of beef on Sunday, setting a new Guinness world record while promoting the country's succulent top export.

Army personnel set up a grill nearly 1.5km long and firefighters lit six tonnes of charcoal to kick off the gargantuan cookout.

Some 1250 people grilled the beef and about 20,000 spectators cried with joy when a Guinness judge confirmed the barbecue record had been broken.

I didn't even hear anything about it. Many Argentines head across the river to Uruguay for vacations this time of year.

That's no world record. That's how many people it takes to work on just one of Ahumadora 's trucks!

                It's Uruguay, not India...

Imagine how many judges would be needed for this

13,000 lbs of charcoal. I'll never complain about lifting a KBB bag again.

If you look closely at that picture you will notice that those aren't people. They are ants. Don't even need rose colored glasses to see it.

Can you imaging 1250 participants trying to present their entries at the same time? As mentioned by AverageJoe the number of judges and how full each judge would be? They would really need a salad after all of that. And that is just for the brisket entry.

No Brisket down here. I am the one that bought Brisket to Argentina.
All Beef ribs or vacio (belly) and they like it all overcooked (welldone)
