Elkhorn Rib Fest,

FWIW, July 11 through the 14th is Wisconsin’s largest BBQ competition. I know, how big can that be? Well, it looks to be as big as a rockin county fair. It is in Elkhorn WI and it is title Elkhorn Rib Fest. I think when I go there on Fri I’ll have to straighten em out on the rib vs WIB thing, yessir.
