This has obviously been answered before but I could not find info. I obviously haven't been to a competition but am very curious to get to a meet. I live in Ontario, Canada and could not find any but will keep searching. So, now to the big question.
What bbq's are allowed? most of the pics I have seen competitors tow in the smoker, offset rigs. May sound silly but I have to ask, do some competitors use weber kettles? Broil King Kegs? If so are they already at a disadvantage against the professionals?
I assume the fuel is always charcoal, wood and/or pellets. Is this true? Thanks
