What are your opinions on the two cans? pluses and minuses on each? prefer one over the other?

                They both do great work
i will list a few minor things plus minus
ease of move on deck gateway
                ease of temp control hunsaker

                charcoal basket Hunsaker
                overall look and finish gateway
ease of grill rack movement inside drum gateway
                price tie
hunsaker air intake is on the bottom for very quick
temp response but grease does drip there gotta have a
                pan under it
gateway I added a team unknown lid hinge
Hunsaker comes with a lid hinge

                both are great
built by Americans as a family business
                and resonably priced

yep you can just make a Drum smoker
the big poppa smokers kit makes it easy

I have a PBC but am looking down the road at something additional or more for competition cooking... Only doing backyards now but wanting to step up to kcbs.
