I did pulled pork today and it turned out pretty good, it was a big shoulder roast at over 4kg and I cooked it for ten hours. I was doing turbo pulled pork as I started cooking late, the plan was to inject with apple juice, dry brine then add Memphis dust and cook at 325F and that is what I did. It stalled today at 176F and then it stalled again at 194F, I have never experienced a second stall before?
Here are a couple of pictures from today of the roast, my new cart and Primo XL. So far I like it.

There's probably 80+ stalls, we just don't see all of 'em. Did it stall in Celsius too?

About 80 km or so from London, closer to Sarnia actually. I live in the little town called Wyoming, ON.

It’s a great cooker! Nice to see you specified shoulder weight in kilos, makes me feel at home

yes, I’ve had two stalls on a few occasions, it happens, but not that common.

Celsius stalls aren't too bad, Centigrade stalls are the absolute worst.....stupid metric....
Nice looking butt, looks like you've figured out that new cooker

I would not say I have it all figured out yet but I am getting there, it is not that different from my old Akron egg.
