    I have a similar one that I use on my Akorn. It works well. This one seems to be just an oval version of what I have, so it should work well too. One does need to flip the racks from time to time to insure even smoke distribution, but that's just an OCD thing for me...lol

    Is it that size so that tall racks of ribs closer to the edge of the cooking surface don't contact the lid when it closes?

    Interesting that they combined the 2 functions. But it seems like it could have been bigger and thus fit more ribs?
