Set pot in coals wrapped pizza stone with Aluminum foiling set as as defuser set grates adjusted vents Akorn running 235 out on meat closed vents a little more Twenty minutes in to the cook Akorn running 272🤓 up date playing with vents got temp down to 250 ran there hrs. Went to town get some Groceries bump down both vents 1 1/2 later temp running 220
