I have one of these eggs and I like it, I purchased mine on sale as well, mine was 50% off. It requires a little practice to cook low and slow and you need a better temperature gage. I bought mine for cold weather cooks mostly.

I’m going to do a low@slow chuckie Sunday busy until then. Built 1 guart smoke pot for it today and did a burn in and seasoned the grates it ran 2 hrs at 400 ish with two hand fulls of lump can’t wait for Sunday
