    Chunks burning quickly

    Picked up a lightly used 30 in thermotemp this weekend. Tried it out on some drumsticks tonight. Pretty pleased with performance but I have a concern.

    Seems my pecan chunks finished up pretty quick. Needed replacement after an hour. I used the included pan this round but considering using a cast iron skillet for longer cooks. My old tower smoker could go 2 to 3 hours on a pan of chunks...worried it's too much too fast

    If this is a new cooker it may be different from you old tower smoker. You will get the hang of it. . . Can you post a picture of the cooker? 🔥🔥🔥❤️🐿
