    Father's Day cook

    Filled up my PBC more than I ever have before, with a 14 lb pork butt (split in two), a 6 lb brisket flat, and 3 racks of baby backs. BBR on the brisket, 1 of the butts with MMR, 1 with Trader Joe's coffee rub, ribs with TJ coffee rub and painted for the last hour with Carolina Treet. Pulled the brisket and butts off at 160 after about 5 hours, wrapped and finished in the oven to let the ribs have some space. I had to add some briquettes after I pulled the brisket and butt, not sure why I burned through the coals so quick. But it worked out well. Everything came out about the same time, and was awesome. A good day.
