    Show me your Amazing Ribs

Tonight, I made some "Malcolm Style" Ribs for the first time on the PBC, and I absolutely loved them! I truly think these were some of the best ribs I've ever made. I followed Malcolm's technique pretty closely, so these ribs were smoked on the grate. It worked well, but it's limiting in that I could only do two racks of spare ribs. I used Malcolm's AP Seasoning and BBQ Rub. For the sauce, I made my own vinegar sauce and then made a variation of Mike Mills' Apple City BBQ sauce to finish it off. So great. Can't wait to do it again.

Since this is AMAZINGRIBS.com, I'd love to see your favorite ribs recipe for the PBC. I look forward to more! Yummmmmmmm!

Umami bomb dry brine and my Green Mango rub. Sauced with Korean BBQ sauce. I smoked them in a Primo XL kamado with apricot wood.

I'd show you mine but they went down our gullets too fast last night. The PBC cranked them out nicely, as usual.

FireMan, wibs are the food of the gods. And the flowers household. Not conflating us with gods, except when I describe my attributes to my wife...

Oakridge seasoning. Mixture of cooking methods: wrapped with honey/brown sugar/apple juice, unwrapped, and blasphemy. Still looking for a darker bark.

BB's off the MAK. Dry brined, Money Rub, Famous Dave's sauce glaze. Cooked naked at 250. As these are those BB's that are "extra meat loin ribs" that seem to be in vogue these days, took about 5.5 hours.
