    Ideas on cooking a round roast

    Picked up a round roast today. Any ideas for prep and cooking? Thanks.

      Bottom round, top round, eye of round? I have done several eye of rounds with the tri-tip recipe, except for rub I used BBBR. I took them to 130-135 IT, and made Adam Perry Lang's board sauce (very easy, just herbs and oil basically, and Meathead has the recipe if you search board sauce). Yum yum!

      I have never tried a top or bottom round. I would suspect braising them would be the way to go since they're so lean.
