ID:	67522 Found this at Costco today. Marbling looked beautiful. I had never heard of such a thing and am wondering the best way to cook them. Suggestions? I'm thinking these would be best on a grill.

They were FANTASTIC!!! Out of this world good! Served them with sauteed onions and portabella mushrooms. Holy smokes it was good! They were a quick cook on a hot fire to medium rare. I still can't believe how good they were....Wow.....

Those used to be my favorite steaks. Not being a meat cut expert (and admittedly not Googling this before posting here) they appear to be what I find for sale as "ball tip sizzlers" or "ball tip sizzle steaks". VERY very good steaks for a quick cook, and they used to be way more affordable which is why I used to buy them all the time. I would describe them as small NY Strips I guess. I could find them in the $3/lb to $4.99/lb range the last few years.

EDIT: never prime though, I can't find prime in a grocery store to save my life. Those HAD to have been pure meat bliss!

I'm so bad for that. It's like wanting to fire up a pit to bark up a brisket I just spent 12 hours of my life getting to this point. I JUST WANT TO EAT IT!!!!! 😁Hence the reason I cook 'til optimum bark before wrapping .
