Happy Thnaksgiving Everyone. I'm cooking a 20 lb bird in my PBC today. Can't seem to get the temp inside the barrel above 270-280. Would like to be at 325. Any recommendations to get temp up or will I be ok? Would like to be able to eat bird today
How long was it on? Dropping i a 20lb chunk of cold meat will take a while to build back up. Pull one of the rebar and put a small stick under the lid.
