                    Good job, I like that you are trying them again today, I did so many racks my first month of having the PBC the thought of another one was horrible. Pork butts were next.

                      Yeah I hear ya. Baby backs are on sale so I figured why not try them again. Next week it's either going to be chicken or a butt.

                              Sorry... Thought huskee was referring to chunks... Generally I add only two or three good sized chunks and if im using one rebar, i put the chunks on the side of the basket opposite the meat.

                              I was JPP, I wouldn't' encourage anyone to use only logs in a PBC.
