    Mayo ain't burning, it's oil. No real direct heat like you have with grilling, so the rest should be fine.

    Has anyone tried hanging MH's Crispy Grilled Cornell Chicken in the PBC. I'm curious if the mayonnaise/marinade will burn before the chicken gets done?
