    Simple UDS Build

    I just completed my first simple UDS build. Doing the initial burn in now and cant wait to cook something later this week. So far, temps are holding steady around 250.

    The air inlets are 3x 3/4 inch holes and am using magnets to control airflow.

    I'm interested to see how long of a burn I can get out of the charcoal basket.

    I built another one almost identical for my dad with a custom Bills sign. I have a vinyl Bills sticker on the way for mine as well.
