Ain't gots me no fancy new drum cooker, but, bein's how ya asked:
Reckon first thing yer gonna wanna learn to do is burn-in / season yer new baby... they's Way Smarter folks here than me, who have barrel /drum cookers, who can tell ya how to do that...or in a pinch, I can... reckon th manufacturer also sent destructions on that, as well, huh?
Reckon second first thing yer gonna need to learn is how to make yer cooker run th temp what ya want it to do, huh? Well, it had best be, at least...
Them Gateway Drum thingies comes from Missouri, which is right smack dab up against my home state of Muhzurruh...
