hey everyone. I have a UDS w/ the big poppa kit. its a 55 gallon drum. I need some extra cookng room and wanted to set another grate on the upper Ubolts. This puts that grate 6" from the top of the charcoal. and 8" bellow the "factory" top grate. Do you think this would work? would i be able to get the bottom grate to 225 for ribs (monitoring it with maverick thermo) and have the top grate at an acceptable cooking temp? any thoughts?
