    New Gateway Drum!

Did I need it? No, but it's much easier to get in the back of the van. This one is a 30 gallon, the other a 55. Besides, I sold a cooker last week. Going to hang some ribs at the contest this weekend!

That Gateway Drum looks a lot like a PBC without horseshoe handles and with exhaust pipes instead of rebars/rebar holes. Love the colors it comes in.

I bet it smokes great, CandySueQ . Have a ball cooking on it.

55 or 30? I love my 55, going to need to practice on my 30.

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It’s among the best bargains for a smoker in the world. This baby cooks circles around cheap offset smokers because temperature control is so much easier. Click here to read our detailed review and the raves from people who own them.

A Propane Smoker That Performs Under Pressure
