I have a Cubed Box and it works great. Takes a long time to get up to temp but holds it steady.

Thanks for the advice. I had the same thoughts. He does have a few extras with it but it still seems high.

I can't offer any advice on that specific cooker, but that's not much of a discount. It would have to be like new for me to consider at that price. And it would still have to be under warranty - if it transfers.

Personally I'd send him a very nice email saying it's a great smoker and I'm not trying to insult you but I can only afford $XX, so if you ever decide to go that low, I'd be very interested.

Hey everyone. Anyone have any experience with a Humphreys Battle Box? I have been interested in moving up to a vertical cabinet for a while. There is a Battle Box on craigslist in my area that I have my eye on. They want 1500 for it. I am not sure if it would be that much better than my 22 inch WSM. I think capacity wise they are pretty close. Anyway I am curious If anyone has used one.
