Our family has used CookShack for over 20 years and loved them.
CookShack Amerique which we gave tour Son and regretted doing so, and replaced it with a CookShack SM066 which we use nearly weekly because of the product it produces, and the absolute ease of use.
We also use a PG500 and LOVE it for the searing side which is a bit small for some but we have never had a problem with it for up to 6 people.
You can't go wrong with CookShack products.
On a side note. Their BBQ sauce is the only sauce in our pantry now which is a miracle in my eyes. It is excellent!

Backyard Jambo, T1000 Woodmaster, MAK 2 star, 14" & 22" WSM, 2x 22" Weber Kettle, Stoven, Hot Box Grill, Hasty Bake Ranger, RecTeq Bullseye, GMG Davy Crockett; Original Grilla and others I'm not remembering!
Lots of experience with FEC100s! You can smoke 8 turkeys at a time and I've done 16 pork butts. It's truly a quality product.
