A buddy at work just made some apple pie and I have a recipe for cherry pie that I am making with 190 Everclear to split with him. I'll get the recipe from him.

It's going to be fall soon....anyone have a recipe for Apple Pie shine they would like to share? I live in a state than the 190 proof ever clear can be purchased, so keep that in mind. Looking forward to some discussion! Boil/No boil, brown sugar, cane sugar, both? Vanilla bean?
