I love a good American Pale Ale .... if you can manage to get some in Ireland, Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale is really good

It can be got here. I've never had it before but some of the American beers are brewed in Europe under license and not imported. Will have to have a look next time I'm in the shops.

Woodford Rye Distiller’s Edition with a bit of club soda and a great Camacho :-)

        Napa syrah by Sequoia Grove.

The story with this bottle: My brother in law bought it in Napa and gave it to my wife & I as an anniversary gift. We took it with us to South Carolina a couple months ago on our anniversary vacation (got that one in before the lock!) but never had the chance to open it to enjoy it. So it rode in the vehicle back with us. We decided to open it tonight to go along with some brisket.

(Might could be some bourbon involved, time to time, as well...)

Rootin' around the beer fridge and found this. No clue where it came from. Haven't opened it yet, wondering if I should even try it, as it says 'unpasteurized' right there on the label, and it's a 6 year old cider. Hmmm...

I couldn't join in due to work..

Searching through the fridge for a beer and found this. No cold beers left. I guess they all evaporated during the cook yesterday. Heating up the pork shoulder from yesterday with some chilli lime sauce and will toss in some egg noodles.

Hope you have some backup beer somewhere.

Now that's my idea of a killer afternoon. I didn't realize you could get a decent Barbera this side of the pond. Good to know!

Good morning AR and happy easter!
