hurt my bad haND today at work. That plus the fact that I am not quite a month out of my last (3rd one of possible 5) surgery is giving me fits, so I did the responsible thing...washed down a flexoril and two norcos with a glass of bourbon. Now I'm just waiting for it to kick in so I can get to sleep before time to wrap the pork shoulder.

CaptainMike while I may have a cast iron gut, a super liver, and a left hand that would make Skywalker jealous, I a a LIGHTWEIGHT for any kind of opioid. It was just a sip to wash them down, and I rarely take an apron let alone one of my norcos. I have too much to lose. Appriceate the concern though brother.

One of the better inexpensive ryes, a very underrated gem IMO!

I drank a lot of that while I lived in Michigan during my college years! One of my faves.

HawkerXP Goldens still listed as an active beer on Molsons website but inactive on The Beer Store site. Go figure.
I know when I worked for Molsons years ago they were ending production of a lot of labels because they had amassed so many redundent brands thru buyouts.
Too many small run brews for unprofitable labels.
Bet you see it in the spring as a US import only

          Laphroaig 10 year.

            Yes!

A nice Bordeaux, 2015. 70% Cabrenet 30% Merlot. Had it with NY Strip from Wegmans. Posted that earlier on so won't bother with redundant post. Click image for larger version

Love Makers. Been an Ambassador for years. 46 is great too. Keep getting invited to events at their distillery, and their Derby events. Maybe someday.
