Good morning, Mr. Bones.
Yep. Resting the feet and sipping coffee.
Quite windy here today, and I don't wanna fight temp control, so living vicariously thru AR.

We were at a very good (Michelin star) restaurant once, and we were at the bar awaiting friends. The bar menu had a $50 Margarita listed. As the bartender came by, I said I would never pay that much for a drink. Ynette said "We'll take two." Patron Platinum, Grand Marnier Cent Cinquantenaire, organic agave syrup, fresh Key lime juice, all in a gold rimmed glass. Personally, I prefer the Margaritas at my favorite Mexican restaurant. $6.95

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Beer, Tequila, and Vodka drinks go hand in hand with cooking and grilling. However, I HATE Corona. I'd rather have a Frontal Lobotomy than that bottle in front of me! Worst tasting beer of all time.
Broil King Sovereign XL, Grill Grates all the way, Maverick PT100, A-Maze-N 12" tube smoker, ThermoPro TP-12 wireless.
Joule Sous Vide; works great.
I'm psychic. I see a KBQ in my not so distant future....
Even if I were incredibly rich, I would never spend crazy money on a drink or something of that nature. However, it got me thinking.... Smoked Ice Cubes. I'm gonna be rich!!! Incredibly rich.

I have used it to cold smoke some cheese. It was good but lightly smokey. Probably better for cocktails than cheese. It has a small bowl and it burns it pretty quick. But you could keep feeding it I guess. What I do is fill up a container full of Smoke and trap it in there with Saran wrap, or under a bowl. Then in about 5 minutes I usually am done.
