Nice thread... For summer in Texas, local favorites of mine are Saint Arnold's Lawnmower, Real Ale's Gose and Adelbert's Naked Nun. Another that is great is Chicago based Goose Island's Sofie, a Belgian style Saison...

A wheat beer with an IBU rating below 20 will do.

So far this summer we have found ourselves drinking Hell or High Watermelon from 21st Amendment Brewery. It will change as the summer goes on.

I enjoyed the summerfest lager as well. Try the Deschutes Twilight Summer Ale up the thread that I posted. It should be right up your alley.

Usually start off with one or two Porch Rockers, followed by some craft IPAs.

St. Arnold Brewery’s Lawn Mower is wonderful after cutting the lawn. The name says it all.

I love Stone, especially their double IPAs. Haven’t seen that one yet, I’ll have to keep my eye out for it!

I just poured it. Very nice if you like a intense IPA's. Redman you are in western Washington. Go to their web site. It seems like distribution is mid-west going east. Oklahoma seems to the furthest west. They don't even offer it in CA.

                Well I have a couple

                Berkshire Brewing Company Busker Pilsner
                Samuel Smith Organic Ale
My own Home Brew (nothing like pulling the tap handle and filling a frosty mug with something you brewed yourself)
