Their original location, of course, is in Luling. The Houston restaurant is just as good. A basic menu of brisket, ribs turkey, chicken and sausage, served on butcher paper. A few basic sides. The ribs and sausage are excellent, the others are also good. Always crowded, so I try to get there before 11:30 or wait til after 1:00. I didn't want people to think there is only one city in Texas.
