Longoria's Fort Worth (ok, just outside of town)

Really enjoyed Longoria's. Way better than anything in Dallas of course. Excellent sausage---quite different as was the pulled pork. My brisket was a touch dry so they brought me some more that was much better. Fine ribs. Had a nice tour of all the massive home built smokers with the owner. Enjoyed seeing his mint 66 Chevelle. A really fine day. If you are in the DFW area this is about as good as it gets!

I'm gonna purchase $80,000 worth of Southern Pride smokers and open a place in Dallas just for you.

They already have places with plenty of hardware Jerod. When they was handing out soul to cities, Dallas was at the bank.

I didn't say I was buying it for some one other than me to use.
