I had been hearing so much about how good this joint was so we drove out there only to find them closed. They are only open at 4 on Thursday, and just a few hours on Fri. and Sat.
After seeing so many handwritten signs on the doors and front windows, I'm not sure I would have enjoyed it anyway. Too many "do's and dont's" and directions on where to stand and how to order, etc.
I have always felt that if you are in the restaurant business, then be open at least 5 days a week, if not 6. Otherwise, you're not much more than a hobbiest.
