Scott street in Wilkes-Barre PA, in case you want to come! Reservations suggested, you won't get near a table otherwise!

I’d call that bacon chili. Looks great.

I’ve been thinking how to make it. It’s bacon, sage sausage, onions, peppers. It tastes like beef broth, no chili spices. Could be rich pork broth though.

The bacon and Asiago cheese stuffed mushrooms. I’ve been eating stuffed mushrooms of all kinds for over 50 years. These were some of the best ever.

The Ultimate Pig Platter. Clockwise from lower left you have the Bacon Explosion, the Smoked Bacon Kielbasa, the Bacon Wrapped Ribs, and the Bacon Spaghetti & Meatballs. The Explosion and the Ribs were outstanding, the Kielbasa was excellent, the meatball was great and the spaghetti was an afterthought, I didn’t eat but a bite.

Mrs had the BLT Chicken Alfredo, which she thought was superb.

Little hole in the wall that makes everything from their own ingredients and imagination. And notice the prices, it’s for working people.

Cool,......here piggy, piggy! Sure fits the bill.
Mosca, you need to dig down & recreate a couple of those things, esp. the soup, or ask for recipes maybe.

I’ve done the bacon wrapped ribs, but I cut the ribs first and wrapped them individually. Delicious, but a PITA. Next time I’ll do them like these, wrapped around the rack.

The Bacon Explosion was out of this world, that would be the first one to try.
