It's been 10 years, but I had a great bone-in ribeye at Delmonico. But cooking style and beef has changed in the last 10 years. Now they have dry aged beef, Japanese Waygu, and cooked with different seasonings. Also had their oysters too, very tasty!

My wife and I have been to many great steak restaurants and we have both noticed that the steaks keep getting smaller and more expensive. $45.00 - $55.00 for a bone in rib-eye in most high end places such as: Mastro's, Donovan's Steak & chops, Fleming's steakhouse and we can't forget Ruth's Chris Steak House back in the day. We have realized that we would rather go buy a nice thick prime grade rib-eye from a butcher and cook it on the BBQ at home. We still go out to great Steak places but we usually order the prime rib or fish such as Salmon or Halibut.

Thanks, BH. We've been there, and liked it very much. There's so much buzz about Carnevino and CUT, though!

Mosca ...
Last year I went to this place and the tomahawk I ordered was excellent.

Specifically at Wynn/Encore and Venetian/Palazzo. We've been to SW at The Wynn, and it was good. I mean, it was a good steakhouse, but I wasn't blown away like I have been at some others. Has anyone had experience at Botero (The Wynn), or at Carnevino, CUT, or Delmonico (The Venetian)?
