I'll be in Omaha this Thursday evening, and will be looking for Q for dinner. What BBQ place in Omaha is the one I can't miss? I'm willing travel around too to get at the best the region has to offer.

Good BBQ, lousy ice tea (out of a box and it is weak). It just slays me that they can take the time to smoke pork butts and brisket but won't spend 5 minutes brewing some decent tea. Sorry, I like my tea.

Hi Joe,
I have to confess I prefer Parker's as they feature brews on tap from a local brewery, Nebraska Brewing Company. On top of that, the service is usually excellent and very friendly.

Thanks for the suggestions. After cruising the Interwebs a little, my plan is to hit Parkers Smokehouse in Lincoln for lunch, the go to Hartland for dinner. Sorry to hear about the tea though. You can't have good Q without proper sweet tea!
