Had the good fortune of spending the past week at the island of saint martin, the first day there i took a stroll down the beach only to notice smoke rolling over some buildings. As i walk closer i can smell bbq! We visited this place 4 or 5 times, enjoying lunch on the beach,.
. They had great chicken as well but forgot pics.
They cook over lump charcoal hot n fast, cooking the ribs in about 1 hour. Food was cooked perfect with a unique but simple flavor of spices, they had some good sauce for the side but it wasn't necessary as we felt it took away from the organic bbq flavor and meat.
