Good, "Texas" BBQ in Oregon--So yes we have Texas BBQ in Oregon, and no beans in their chili.
We eat there frequently. Happy Hour 4-6 and all day Sat&Sun.
Now that I am learning BBQ as my retirement hobby BBQ restaurants just don't seem as good as they used to,

I've eaten there for many years and it is consistently good BBQ for Oregon. Looking at all the "top 10" best BBQ list in Portland, Buster's never seems to make the list. Is it as good as some of the Texas joints? No. But it is right up there with all the other BBQ joints in the area.

Agreed, 3 out of 5 stars for Buster's BBQ
Famous Dave's BBQ 4/5 stars. Better food and drinks but not close by.
