Just saw this, Jon. I had brisket from here at a graduation party that my sister & brother-in-law put on for their oldest daughter several years ago. This brisket was to die for. Tenderness, flavor, juiciness and smoke. It was all there. I compare every other brisket to theirs and none have come close. I had forgot about them until now. It's mostly takeout and catering. I'll have to swing by and try some of their other offerings.
