    I've been eating Big Dan Huntoon's BBQ since about 1994. He was catering big time in those days. This is absolutely legit Texas style BBQ. And Dan is a good guy that does what he says he will do. I highly recommend you stop at his Joint in Jackson, MI.

      Looks good the only problem I have is he (in the video) is cutting off all the bark?!?! hopefully keeping it for himself or to put in chopped beef sandwiches.

        I think I'm going to give the place a try on my way home from Toledo. Don't know if there is anything in Toledo that has good Q, guess I should check it out.
