Champagne and Seafood pairing at this place. https://www.letoile.net/
While I am not claiming to be a big critic or have a most perceptive palate. I do know when a food is sensational in so many ways. This tasting was so over the top it spoke to you in every bite and sip. Incredibly several of the "tasting plates" (but larger) are on the normal menu. While each and every one of the 5 courses stood out as exceptional the "crispy octopus" was indescribably tender. The Grand Finale was the lobster and literally you uncovered another level of flavor or nuance with each bite. Weirdest was the Oysters 3 ways.... Naked, Lemon-Cello, and wait for it warmed with beet.. not cooked not even coddled they were so sinful all 4 of our party were blown away by the creativity and flavor. This will our must do each October on the Cape.
