This is a new Menu Item. Can't believe I didn't add it sooner! So Good on the Smoker!!!!
Ribeye Steak, topped with Smoked Crab Meat
16-20 oz Ribeyes, hand cut, Smoked to about 100 degrees, then seared over the coals from the Smokers put on a Santa Maria Grill, topped with Butter Smoke Poached Lump Crab Meat!

I can so identify with this.
Reads like many of my teaching evaluations. I could teach so well that the students ascended to a higher state of being, but I won't get a five-out-of-five because the keyboards in the computer lab were too noisy.
