    Shrimp in Chicago area

    Lawrence’s Fisheries on Canal has always been a go to for 30 years of Bears’ games and auto show trips. Their deep fried and coconut shrimp are among my favorites after the Broadway Oyster Bar Shrimp Voodoo near Busch Stadium. Repeated events always need a food go to, especially when your team is not having a great year. So wondering about this place that might be a try-out for White Sox game trips. Any comments/reccos for Calumet Fisheries? Have seen it on a couple of Food TV shows.

    Their smoked shrimp are off the hook. Its not in the best location and its literally just a little shack for the most part but the food is amazing. I got a buddy in chicago who i visit about once a year and thats a must go on our list. The smoked shrimp and salmon, and the fried smelt are amazing.
