I can't believe that I went to a BBQ restaurant in Paris France that was fantastic. It is called Melt. The pitmaster is from Dallas and his food was great. The brisket, ribs, and smoked pork belly were as good as anything I have had in the US. Highly recommended. It was better than several of the French restaurants I went to (but not all). Paris really is an amazing food town.
