The original post is ~5 years old, so do not know if it still monitored. I am a long term member of Amazing Ribs, but only recently visited the member section. I moved to the Denver area less than a year ago. I have located a BBQ place that is one of the best I have ever found. Here is the info: Post Oak BBQ, 4000 Tennyson St., Denver CO. In my opinion their premier product is their brisket. However, they have just about anything you could want. Their BBQs setup is custom made and quite sophisticated.
